Ameyoko – Famous shopping street

Ameyoko - Cheap price and typical shopping atmosphere!

Ameya Yokocho is a famous shopping district, usually known as "Ameyoko," where more than 400 stores peddling food, cosmetics, clothing and such are gathered here. Loads of people shop around, so prices are reasonable... therefore bulk purchasing should be a good choice. There are both foreign buyers and sellers so that you can get the feeling of going to a different country while you enjoy shopping in Japan.

Many people think of Ameyoko as a food market for crabs, tuna and other seafood. But actually there are many ranges of products sold here, including clothing, bags and shoes that come at very reasonable prices. You are welcome to shop while having a friendly conversation with shop owners ♪
