From JR Shinjuku Station West Exit "Shinjuku Station West Exit" bus stop, take the Shinjuku WE bus bound for "Nishi Shinjuku and Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building" and get off at "Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office"

South Observation Deck

Opening Hours: 9: 30 - 17: 30 (If the Northern Observation Room is closed, it will be closed until 23:00)
